I did, however, find that it was a little too complex for my tastes, so I went back to the library to get another book review. This time I learned that the simple version was actually easier to follow and also had more recipes than the one in the book. After getting through that book, I started using the recipes in it and found they were quite good.
Then, my friend suggested I check out The Pomegranate Tree. It’s an eBook with over 50 recipes. I’m not going to lie to you, I admit that when I first heard about it, I thought it was just another book about vegetable gardening. I figured it would be a good place to start because it’s interesting. It was also one of the books that I wanted to get started with.
So, I gave it a try. I really enjoy reading about how plants make us healthy and why we should eat better. There are also some good plant based cook books in there that I can recommend to people who want to get into healthier eating. The Pomegranate Tree book seemed interesting and it provided a lot of recipes.
When I got done reading the book, I realized that there were some things I needed to do. So I stopped reading the book and began my new way of eating. I also changed my way of buying my food. Now I buy my vegetables from a food co-op and I only buy organic produce.
